Getting accurate colors

• Take your selfie in daylight, facing a window, without direct sun on your face.
• Remove makeup, filters and tinted glasses, and pull hair away from your face.
• When scanning clothing, tap a flat, evenly lit part of the fabric, away from folds, shadows and shine.
• Screens and cameras shift color, so treat scores as guidance rather than a guarantee.

Subscriptions

Restore a purchase on a new phone

Open the subscription screen or Settings in Coloura and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Cancel

iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Coloura. Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Apple refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refunds follow Google's policy.

Your data

Coloura stores your answers, result, selfie and scan history only on your phone. To clear them, open Settings and tap Start over, or delete the app. See the privacy policy for details.
